Is Keptra available now?
Keptra is in early access and launches in early 2027. Waitlist members get access first and lock in the founding price.
How do I get my data into Keptra?
Connect your shop with read-only access, or upload the export from Seller Center. Product costs can be typed in or uploaded as a CSV.
How is profit calculated?
We start from TikTok’s own settlement data and subtract your product costs, ad spend, samples and other costs you add. Every number can be traced back to the orders behind it.
Does it handle VAT and OSS?
Yes. Tell Keptra whether you’re VAT-registered and use OSS, and profit is shown with or without VAT.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Invite them with the accountant role to view the P&L and export it, or sync it to Xero.
Is Keptra affiliated with TikTok?
No. Keptra is an independent tool for TikTok Shop sellers.
