Who we are
Keptra is run by legal name, address. You can reach us at hello@getkeptra.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list we collect:
- your email address (required);
- the country you sell in and your monthly order range (optional);
- the language of the page you signed up on;
- the campaign that brought you here, taken from the link you followed (for example
utm_source).
We don’t collect anything else through this site.
Why we use it
- To send you launch emails. We use your email only for news about Keptra’s launch and the founding offer. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To understand which channels work. Country, order range and campaign help us decide what to build first and where to advertise. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the waitlist well.
Who handles it for us
- Brevo Stores the early-access list and sends our emails, on servers in the EU.
- Cloudflare Hosts this website and measures visits with Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, so there is no cookie banner. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without identifying you.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Keptra does not launch, we delete the list. Retention period to confirm
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Write to hello@getkeptra.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use your email, we will tell you by email first.
